大きな干貝柱とキヌガサダケが入った贅沢感
◇フカヒレの刺身
赤エビの紹興酒漬けとフカヒレを戻した刺身の盛り合わせで赤エビは紹興酒の風味はしっかりとしながら甘味のある一品
フカヒレの刺身はネギダレを乗せていただくとクセになる美味しさで塩味と葱の甘味、あとピリッとした辛さが食欲が増す♬
◇特製鮑春巻
パリッとした皮の中には大き目の鮑と野菜あんがトロッとして美味しい♂️
◇特大フカヒレ姿の白湯醤油煮込み
大きなフカヒレ自体に味は染み込んでる感じはなく
甘めの白湯醤油のあんがたっぷり
◇ロブスターのカラスミ仕立て
見た目はシュウマイかなと思って食べるとめっちゃロブスター
カラスミと相性が良くてかなり美味しい
◇牛肉とトマトの麻婆豆腐&玉子炒飯
チャーハンの上に和牛が乗っておりその上に甘めのトマト麻婆豆腐をかけていただく
目の前で注いでくれるのはうれしい❣️
◇マンゴーかき氷
氷の上にはたっぷりのフルーツとマンゴーソース
