相変わらず素晴らしい
しばらくご無沙汰していたが、やはり素晴らしいお店だと思う。
海老の前菜もパテ・ド・カンパーニュも申し分ないが、やはりメインの肉類が秀逸。鴨も仔羊も、レア加減といい、ポーションの充実度といい、デザート含めて本当にこの値段でいいのか？と驚愕する。
ワインも前よりレパートリー増やしているかも？しかも極めてリーズナブル。
こんな良心的なお店はそうそう無い。もっと通わねばと改めて思った。

20年以上通っているが、期待を裏切られたことないお店。各ディッシュのレベル、ワインの揃え具合、料理の提供タイミングをはじめ接客全般、何もかもが心地よい。フレンチの基本のパテも、カレーのスパイスでアレンジされたカツオも、鴨も羊も全て一流レストランのレベルなのに、昨今あり得ないCPで申し訳ないくらい。早々にまた行こう。
