I went to Kyoto on a business trip for the first time in over a year. So, I went to this restaurant with my co-workers for a banquet after a study session. Well, it's a party and I won't be paying for it myself, so I'll order as much local sake as I want. (*´ー`*) Since we came all the way to Kyoto, let's start with Kyoto's sake. Matsumoto Sawaya's Junmaishu ``Shuhari'' (pronounced shuhari) is a surprisingly sweet sake, but the glass and lacquered masu are well chilled, so it doesn't feel overly sweet and has a delicious flavor. It's becoming alcoholic. I had a couple of glasses, and then had Aomori's Toyohai Cup "N". This one is more refreshing than the previous one. The fourth glass was the Kokuryu Honjozo, which I am used to drinking. Daiginjo would have been better if it had been available. . . It's just alcohol lol lol I don't know who ordered Fried food, oden, stir-fried gizzard and Kyoto vegetables, etc. I ate them and said, "Thank you for your hard work!" Well, I have to take the 7 o'clock Shinkansen back to work in the morning, so I'm in Kyoto. As for the second house...I'll give it a break (*´ー`*)
