This restaurant is run by Chef Hiroshi Mori, who was head chef at Santa Maria Novella Tisaneria. The menu changes almost daily, so be sure to tell us what you want to eat when you make a reservation.
...It's a 3-minute walk from Keihan Sanjo Station. Among the many Italian Cuisine in Kyoto, most of the menu items are "unique." The smoked chicken innards are fun to smoke on the plate, and if you order Prosciutto, you can cut it yourself using an Italian machine.
