This restaurant is run by Chef Hiroshi Mori, who was head chef at Santa Maria Novella Tisaneria. The menu changes almost daily, so be sure to tell us what you want to eat when you make a reservation. |

遅い時間だったので、料理のサイズなど細かく相談に乗ってくれました。
「パスタ、60グラムくらいでもできますよ」と、シェフも奥さんもとっても気さくな方でした。
