御所近くにある一軒家のうなぎ割烹
鰻のコース料理や、スッポンや鱧のコースなども予約制である。
僕は単品で注文。
注文品は源平重
要するに赤白、つまり、白焼と蒲焼きが一度に楽しめるお重という事なんだけど、写真のように半尾の白焼と半尾の鰻重という事だった。
白焼も蒲焼も蒸しの入った関東風。それでもタレはやや甘めで関西っぽかった。
