Introducing ``Grape Branch Smoke'', which is grilled over charcoal with grape branches! It is smoked and baked together with the branches of the Riesling and Semillon trees that are the base of the wine, giving it a very fragrant flavor that goes perfectly with the wine. We offer Tanba chicken and Kyoto pork. Please enjoy our proud skewers!
