相方と「インド食堂TADKA」に行ったものの、日曜日は休みだったようで、近くのお店を検索して見つかったのが、こちらの「ブロシェット」です。
外観は意外と質素な感じで店内もテーブルが５つほど押し込まれたようなコンパクトなつくりです。
店主とアシストの若い男性が１名で営業されています。
店名の”ブロシェット”とは肉や魚、野菜などを刺して焼くのに用いる金串のことのようです。
ランチの注文手順を説明したものがあり、それによれば、以下の３点を決めてスタッフに声をかけてくださいとありました。
１．メインのランチメニュー
２．五穀米ライス or バゲット
・ライスのサイズ 大＝240g、中＝160g、小＝120g
・バゲットは「花かごパン使用」
３・スープ
・本日のポタージュ or 具だくさんのブイヨンスープ
メインは選べるブロシェット3本セット@1,350円にしました。
お好きなブロシェット３本、サラダ＆野菜料理・その日のスープ、花籠バゲットか五穀米という内容です。
平日だと選べるブロシェットが２本セットで他は同じ内容のセットが980円であります。
選べるブロシェットは11種類ありましたが、
僕は、白身魚ブロシェット、サーモン＆ポテト、手作りベーコン＆プチトマト
相方は、炭焼きハンバーグ、ソーセージ＆ポテト、野菜つくね
にしました。
これにバゲットと具だくさんのブイヨンスープでお願いしました。
ドリンクはグラスワイン赤＠550円とジンジャーエール＠400円で。
店内には料理を待つ先客の方もいて、時間がかかりそうに思えたので、すぐにできそうなものをと考え、ブルーチーズとクルミのサラダ＠850円を注文して、しばしの時間つぶしです。
クルミ、ベビーリーフ、水菜などの葉物類をブルーチーズのソースで仕上げたものですが、これが意外と美味しくて感動しました。
メインのプレートはそれぞれ選んだブロシェット３本に野菜サラダ、ポテサラ、キッシュ、煮込み野菜が添えられていて見栄えがしました。
ブイヨンスープには大きく切った野菜がゴロゴロと入っていて満足感がありました。
ブロシェットは注文を受けてから炭火で調理をするため時間がかかりますが、時間に余裕があるときは使い勝手のよいお店だと思いました。
お会計は二人で合計4,500円でした。
ご馳走様でした。
