地味な店構えに惹かれ、訪れてみたいお店でした。
店内はカウンターのみ、8席ぐらい。
店主の方はお若く、愛想のいい方でした。
今回は5,000円のコースをお願いしました。
☆冬瓜のあんかけ
淡白な味に雲丹が絶妙でした。
☆芋茎と鱧の椀物
いいお出汁〜！
☆鱧と白海老のお造り
淡白な鱧のお味に白海老の甘さがとても合ってました。
☆天ぷら
全て一口で、食べれるサイズで、食べ易かったです。鱧はソースがかかっているのですが、これが美味しい！鯛のあら炊きのタレの様なお味に山椒が入ってました。
そら豆→竹の子→賀茂茄子→万願寺とうがらし→鱧
☆鴨ロース
文句なしの美味しさ！！どれも美味しいけど、私的に1番の一品でした。
☆焼おにぎりのゴマだれ茶漬け？
土鍋で炊いた御飯をおにぎりに、これがギュッと握ってあって食べ応えあります。
お出汁の胡麻の風味が素晴らしい！担々麺のイメージ。
☆珈琲ゼリー
どの品に置いても、お仕事が丁寧でした。又、行きたいお店です。
