良く行くお店でここの女将さんと知り合い、それがご縁での初めての訪問です。
そういえばよく通りかかる場所。こんないいお店があったのかと感激です☆
大将と顔を合わせると、大将とも「どっかで会ったよね～～」とお互い思い出せないまま、
ただ、ご近所を食べ飲み歩いて出くわした事には違いないですね。
それだけ、こちらはご夫婦でも良く食べ歩いておられるようで、研究熱心♪
この頂いたお料理も素晴らしいもので全8～9品でしょうか。
ウスイ豆のあんかけ茶わん蒸しに始まり、白ずいき、イサキの炙り、グジ、
ヤングコーン丸ごと揚げ、中トロ巻き、白エビ天、自家製からすみご飯、
自家製わらび餅。
からすみ好きとしては自家製からすみご飯、たまらん美味い。
土鍋ご飯で炊きたての上に、からすみを削る。ご飯のおこげも少し乗せてくれ
からすみってこういう香ばしい揚げや焼き、パリッとした食感のご飯や焼いた餅に合うんですよね＾＾
で、おかわりして、今度は白ご飯と赤だし、お漬物、からすみのゴールデンサークル。
もう余すところなく堪能☆
イサキも抜群。まさに旬を食らう感じで絶品でした！
気さくなご夫婦とのお話も楽しく、またどこかで会うでしょうが
