2014年の2月に友人が僕の誕生日だからと連れて行ってくれたお店。
今出川大宮を北に100メートル程行ったところにあります。
店内はカウンターが10席程のお店で店主の方と愛想のいい奥さんと二人でやっておられました。
店主の橋本さんはお若いのに料理経験が長く、独立前に働いていたお店では料理長を勤めるほど。
その日はコースでの注文と単品で2品頼みました。どれも料理が繊細でおいしかった。CPもよくて通いやすいのも素敵。1月に発売された雑誌に掲載されたようで、これから人気店になるとなかなか予約も出来なくなると思うと残念ですが、今後とも頑張ってほしいお店です。
