セイボリーさんは、京都八百一本館の3階にあります。
八百一だからできる野菜をふんだんに使ったメニューを中心にしたお料理を堪能できます。
ランチＣ（4620円）を注文。

・八百一のサラダ
・旬野菜のグラタン
・天然鯛のキャベツ包み焼き 菜の花ソース
デザートメニューより好きなデザートを１品選べます。
・コーヒー又は 紅茶
スープは優しいお味でホッとします。
お花畑の様な美しいサラダに感動、新鮮野菜や海鮮が美味しい。
グラタンもお野菜たっぷりでいいお味。
天然鯛のキャベツ包みは、春の旬が詰まった素晴らしい逸品。
ECOいちごを使ったパフェは、マスカルポーネクリームやバニラアイス、アプリコットアイス、紅茶のクリームにゆずのジュレなど内容も盛りだくさん。
ECOいちごが甘くて美味。
六角農場を目の前にしたロケーションがいいですね、街中とは思えない程のどかな景色と美味しいお料理で大満足でした。
