ミシュラン一つ星を獲得されている「御料理 樋渡」へ初訪問。
タイトルにもある通り、こちらのお店は【昼夜1組限定】【築100年ほどの京町家を改装】している風情あるお店です。
お料理は、全体的に薄口で丁寧に仕事をされている印象。決して派手さはないですが、どれも慈悲深いお料理で美味しく頂きました。
ご主人と奥様お二人で切り盛りされており、優しいご夫婦の人柄が出ているお料理なのではないでしょうか。
我々しかお客さんはいませんし、京町家の雰囲気と相まって、静かにゆっくりと時間が過ぎていきます。
大満足です。
