今回、初訪問。
京都最終日は、ワインと和食みくりさんにお邪魔しました。ひっそりと佇む感じが自分的には大好きな予感。
初見だったので、自身も少し緊張しながら店内へ。
素敵なカウンターが目を惹きます。職人さんの所作が見られるのは、最高の贅沢な時間です。
お料理は、コース料理にオーナーが自ら合わせてくれるペアリングをお願いしました。
お料理は、旬の食材を活かした一皿一皿に経験豊富なオーナーが見事にワインをチョイスしてくれるのでお料理と最高のマリアージュを味わう事が出来最幸の時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
またオーナーや、皆さんが気さくにお話しして頂けたのもありがたかったです。
昨日は、オーナー、大将、スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。
