Dorobuta, a Sangenton pork raised in the vast land of Hokkaido, is known for its smooth and melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Normal oleic acid is said to be 45%, but we offer premium varieties with a value of 50% or more. The most popular dish is the charcoal-grilled aged pork loin, which is carefully cooked to avoid overcooking. Enjoy with grated mountain wasabi tossed with soy sauce. Enjoy a luxurious taste that you have never encountered before.

We purchase ingredients from producers we know and cook them simply, making use of the natural strengths of the ingredients.
