遠方から伺いました。
最近行った同じ京都のフレンチ店で、何とも感想を述べ難い体験をしてしまったので、リベンジするお店を探していたのですが、こちらのお店で大正解でした。
最初のガスパチョ(トマトの冷製スープ)から美味かった。濃厚なトマトの味わいが、イタリアンのお店に来た実感を呼び覚ましてくれました。それとスパークリングワインとの相性も良かった。

前菜の生のホタテの貝柱。白ワインとの相性抜群。というか定番だね。
前菜2皿目は合鴨のロース。オレンジワインをはじめていただきました。何でも相性が良いらしく、鴨ともバッチリ。
L i n o名物のフレンチトースト。チーズの味わいが良かったです。言うまでもなく、チーズとワインの組み合わせは美味しいです。
パスタはウニパスタ。イタリアンでたまに見かける憧れのパスタがプラス1000円でいただけます。ウニの濃厚さが良かった。もちろんワインとの相性も良し。
パスタ2皿目はバジルとトマトソース。モッツァレラも乗っています。いかにもイタリアンって感じで、バジルが利いていて良かったです。ワインと共にいただきました。
最後はお肉です。ボルベッテというハンバーグです。つくねにも似ています。しつこく無くて美味しい。赤は苦手なので、あえて白ワインでいただきました。白ワインの甘味と良く合いました。
ドルチェはジェラードとティラミス。お腹いっぱいだったけど、ペロリといただきました。
シメはエスプレッソで。
ワインはソムリエさんがペアリングしてくださいます。ラインナップが全てイタリア産です。私は赤は苦手だと言うと、白、オレンジ、ロゼを出していただきました。案外、イタリアンのお店でワインが全てイタリア産って、あまり無いと思います。合計７杯いただきましたが、それで5,700円です。破格過ぎて驚きました。
お料理も、これだけのコースならランチでも１万円はしてもおかしくないと思います。実際は、ほぼ半額ですから、コスパは最強ですよ。
この日は、シェフとソムリエと、若いスタッフの３名でやっておられました。皆さん紳士的で素晴らしかったです。特にソムリエさんがお料理とワインを丁寧に説明してくれました。
お料理もワインも素直に美味しかったです。
先日行ったフレンチのリベンジが果たせて良かったです。
また伺いたいお店です。
