I went there at the end of October last year, and it was just a memo, a memo to myself. After going to the Kyoto Museum of Culture to see the "Shinsengumi Exhibition 2022," I decided to have dinner, and this restaurant called "Ryoma" caught my eye. Isn't it a good pun to say ``Ryoma'' after ``Shinsengumi''? So I entered the store. We are still under the influence of the coronavirus pandemic, so even though it was a Friday evening, there were only a few groups of customers, so it was a relaxed atmosphere. Judging from the store's name "Ryoma," I guess it's a Tosa restaurant. That's what I thought, but it seems like that's not all there is to the menu. But it's straw-grilled bonito after all! So, here's the bonito tataki and other things that caught my eye. (There are so many choices on the menu that it's easy to get confused.) Although there was a wide range in price, everything was fresh and delicious. About half a year has passed since then, and people have returned to the city. I wonder if the shop is busy... If I have another chance, I would like to come back and try the seasonal ingredients.
