We generously use the highest quality spices and Chinese herbal ingredients, mainly from Sichuan, and are particular about flavor without spicy or harsh tastes. Made in Japan with no chemical seasonings or preservatives, paying close attention to safety and security. Half is "red" for spiciness and numbness, and the other half is "green" for sharp numbness.

At Ikushikushi, you bring your own alcohol from the refrigerator. You can drink Taiwanese fruit beer on its own, or make a beer sour by combining it with Sharikin (crunchy frozen Kinmiya). You can enjoy our original sour by pouring it into a skewer glass. Try pairing your favorite drink with the numbingly spicy Hot pot.
