We are proud of our homemade noodles made from domestic wheat, perfected through trial and error and utilizing the noodle making techniques we have cultivated over many years of training! The flat, thick noodles are filling and perfect for customers who want a hearty meal. The chewy, thin noodles are made with whole grain flour.We are also particular about our ingredients, such as using cabbage grown in Kyoto. Gyoza / Dumpling doesn't contain garlic, so it's safe to eat at lunchtime ◎This is a great dish that I would also recommend to women♪
