京都で焼きそばブームが起きていると言う情報を入手したので（ガセかも）話題の店へ
平日11時40分到着 先客なし
オーダーは塩とソースで悩んたが一番人気は塩みたいなので塩でオーダー
麺の太さが選べるということで太麺を
麺はオーダー後茹でるところから始まるタイプのお店
茹でている間に肉とか野菜を炒め茹で上がった麺を一旦水でしめてから鉄板にジャー
炒め終わった麺の上にネギと焼きたまごを載せて完成
塩焼きそばとか普段食べないのでいかがなものかと不安はあったがしっかりコクのある味わい
貝類を使っていると言うことだがそれは私の舌では検知できなかった
基本コクのある塩焼きそばだが やはり麺がうまい
なんとも言えない食べごたえ 腰がある
太麺を選んだが平たい太麺は食感が独特で癖になりそう
でも 細麺も食べてみたいものだ
途中から揚げ玉や鰹節を入れて味変を楽しんだが
テーブルに置かれている赤玉ソースなるものに興味が湧いて塩焼きそばなのにソースをつけてみたが
これが旨かった
ということで次回はソース焼きそば食べにきます
