三つを選んだらカウンター席で待機
鉄板でジュージューと野菜やそばが焼きあがる
トッピングなしは"野菜と豚肉"
塩は優しいお味、麺は細麺ながらモッチリ
麺はオーダーが入ったらお湯で茹で
パンパンと水を切ってから鉄板で焼くこだわり
大きな半熟の目玉焼きが乗っているは嬉しい
玉子の黄身に麺を絡めてまろやかに
中盤からトッピング投入
鰹節を多めにかけ、天かすも投入
しっかり味変がかかります
初回につきシンプルに頂きましたが
次は、ソース&太麺&トッピング焼きそば
天かすとマヨネーズをたっぷりかけて食べてみたい
時間がなくてもサクッと食べられるお店です
