烏丸御池駅周辺にある、食べログTOP500の焼きそば屋さんです。
人気のラーメン店、麺屋優光さんの姉妹店のようです。
味はソースと塩、麺は細麺と太麺から選択できます。
今回は、ソースの太麺を頂きました。
具材は、豚肉、キャベツ、目玉焼き、紅しょうが、白ネギがのっています。
ソースは甘めで、鰹、昆布、肉汁で仕立てられているそうです。
平たくて歯応えのある麺で、ソースともよく絡みました。
目玉焼きもとろっとしており、素朴ながら満足感のある焼きそばでした。
カウンターのみの小さいお店ですが、気軽に入りやすい雰囲気で、お客さんも次々と入店していました。
