京都市営地下鉄 烏丸線 烏丸御池駅4-1出口から徒歩1, 2分。
自家製麺焼きそば専門店。
カウンター席のみで目の前の鉄板で焼きそばを焼き上げるスタイル、いわゆる焼きそばスタンド。
女性二人で切り盛り。
まずは、焼きそば（820円）を食券販売機で購入。
先客は一番奥の席で食べておられた一人のみでしたが、席間が狭いその隣の席に案内されました。
カウンター右側7席は退店直後に2人の後客が入ってくるまでずっと空いていました。
ソースが塩かのいずれかの味付け、麺の太さを選択します。
ソース焼きそば、細麺を選択しました。
細麺は、1度茹で上げられてから鉄板の上に。提供までの工程が見られるのも楽しい。
目玉焼きがデフォルトとして乗っけられ、5分ほどでの提供でした。
細麺はストレート、もちっとしつつ腰もあり、食感は楽しい。ソースはやや甘め。
具材は控え目ですが、味付け、全体のバランスは良かったです。
普通盛りではやや量が足りない人もいるかもしれません。
