麺は太麺の薄め平打ちで、モチモチで少しコシをがあってパスタに近い感じ。
ソースは甘辛で美味しいが、やや濃いかもしれない。具材である豚バラや魚介などは割と小ぶりで、可もなく不可もなく。
麺と具材の比率は7:3ぐらいで麺が多めで嬉しい。
ご飯はやや硬めで美味しい！ソースに合うので、大盛にすれば良かった。
塩焼きそば鶏ガラと少し感じる貝の風味。もちろん美味しいが好みはソース！
麺が美味しいが、それ以外は普通かな。
