焼きそば専門店ってのは意外と難しいだろうなーと思ってました。正確に言うと料理自体ではなくて、
専門ってところ。
しかし、そんな素人の心配を解決してたお店でした。鉄板はサイズ感も、たぶん厚さも焼きそば仕様。麺を茹でる場所をしっかり組み込んだ厨房。
しかもそのそばが、人気拉麺店の協力の元に出来ている。
結果、美味しい麺を茹でた後、具材と共に目の前、ライブキッチンでシャカシャカ焼いてくれる。期待が高まり、その期待を越えた美味しさに感動。
そして、お会計は、焼きそば、ソース選択、太麺選択、魚介トッピングで¥1,040というお値段に感涙。そりゃ流行るでしょ！
