本当におすすめなお店。

ここまで引き込まれるお店って本当に凄い。
お食事、ワイン、サービス、室内とどれも非常に良い。
シェフは三宮のカセントや、東京のマルタで修行されていたとのことで、シェフソムリエの方とはカセント時代からのお付き合いがあるようです。
お食事は「水」を大事にされている印象を受け、最初のメニューは「水」！！笑
是非、ご自身で味わって頂くのをおすすめします。
また、奥に暖炉があり、丸太を使用して火入れを行っているので独特な香りを纏ったメニューが出てきます。美味しいです。本当に。
久しぶりに美味しい料理に出会えて幸せでした。
ワインもソムリエさんが深く考えられてるんだろうなと素人ながら感じます。
どのワインも変わっていて、「うまーい」って印象のペアリング。いい意味で変態なんだろなー！笑
なかなか気軽に行ける価格帯ではないですが、必ず再訪すると思います。

今回はテーブル席にてお食事を頂きましたが、お庭が見えて中々良かったです。
お料理は伺う度に繊細になっている気がする。
やっぱり今回も食材の組み合わせ面白かったです^ ^
ホエーのお料理が特に印象的でした。
知り合いの方から、kokeのワインリストが海外の賞でアジア一位になったということをお聞きしたのでボトルで注文。
※賞の名前をお聞きしましたが忘れてしまいました、、、
ペアリングも良いですが、ボトルでオーダーも良かったです。
今年ミシュランに掲載されたということで、ご予約が少し大変になってしまったので次回はしっかり予定を立ててご予約しようと思います。
