昼に利用
今回の一番の楽しみだったこちら。
私的キングオブ3星店カセント様出身となればもう期待せずにはいられない。
カセントの方はちょっと分かりませんがこちらの特長は東京でも数少ないレクレルールやマルタなどジャパンに数台しかないレベルの薪焼き器があることでしょうか。薪の燃料代としてサービス料が15％になってますが間違いなくその価値はあるでしょう。今回の関西遠征でのメインはほぼ牛肉でしたが、もう次元の違う美味さでした。今まで人生でもこのレベルの牛肉は数えるくらいしか食べた事ありません。
タパスもカセントを感じさせる物で特にマリネと名付けられた金目鯛はめっちゃ良かった。
これまたカセントと違いライブ感のある店内も特長的。素敵です。
ノンアルペアリングにしましたが、カセントの時のワインペアリングが人生で上位で素晴らしかったのでこちらでも次回ワインペアリングにしたい。
