美味しい鮨が食べたいと思い、食べログさんで検索。最近できた店で高評価が多いので今回は宙さんにしました。いままで色々なところをいきましたが、こちらのお店は本当に美味しかった！特に目の前で炭であぶってくれる大トロの握りは今まで食べた中でも1番！太刀魚の炙りも淡白な白身にフワッと炭の香がインパクトになりとても気に入りました。大将や店長さんもとても気持ちのいい応対で、これからも通いたいと思いました。
