臨時収入が入ったので、ジェラートの旨いアップルパイ屋「京都神連れ」の店長オススメの寿司を食べに行きました。板前さんが西郷隆盛に似ているという事で、事前にインスタグラムで予習していきました。ホンマに似てて吹き出しましたが、握りのコースは後半の炙りが最高でした。目の前で直接備長炭を使うので香りが良かったです。コースで料金が決まっているので安心して食事が出来ました。
