selection dinner course (16,500 yen) is made with carefully selected ingredients delivered from contracted farmers, and is full of exquisite dishes. Dishes include Shanghai crab pickled in Shaoxing wine made with the chef's experience, stewed shark fin that is always delicious, steamed fish made with special cooking methods, and Xiaolongbao made with thin skin using two noodle sticks. We offer a menu that focuses on each item. We also recommend the fried rice, which uses two types of rice and has an enjoyable aroma, and the homemade desserts. Please enjoy until the end.

The brothers grew up with their father who was the head chef at Hotel Okura Kyoto. My younger brother worked at Obanzai and Japanese-style meal restaurant, and uses his experience working at the counter to improve his service to ensure customer satisfaction. The older brother trained for about 11 years at various places including Machina Chuka, Hotel Okura Kyoto, Hotel Okura, and under the guidance of a famous chef at the famous restaurant Ichinofunairi, before opening Makisada. We offer creative Chinese food full of originality.
