生ビール(495円)+塩もつ煮(429円)+だし巻き玉子(418円)を頂きました。
瓶ビールが品切れだったので、生ビールでしたが、キンキンキンキンに冷えて、夏日の気候にはとっても美味でした。
塩もつ煮は、こんにゃくが歪で調理の手間が垣間見えます。
モツも柔らかく塩味でサッパリと美味しい。
ネギも多く嬉しいですね。
だし巻き玉子は、15cm x 9cmほど有りボリューム感があり、味も良かったです。
おろし大根に醤油をかけて、玉子の上にONし、パクッと…あーーー旨い。
店員さんもハキハキと気持ち良い。
