In the Chef's Recommended Course, you can enjoy dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients, and since the ingredients and cooking methods change depending on the season, you can enjoy the flavors of each season. You can also enjoy dishes using rice and soup stock made with the famous Momonoi water. All dishes go perfectly with alcohol, so please take your time and enjoy them.

We offer a ``Bettei Gozen'' meal that is perfect for those who want to spend a luxurious time in the morning. Enjoy seasonal obanzai made with seasonal ingredients, as well as earthenware pot rice made with Okayama's home-grown rice slowly cooked in the famous Momonoi water.
