四条大宮で大人気の肉もんが神宮丸太町にも進出。
業界では名高い純血但馬血統万葉牛の認定店でもあるこちらのお店、
保健所から正式に生肉取扱い許可を取得しているので、
肉刺しがめちゃめちゃ豊富でどれも甲乙つけがたい美味しさ。
ステーキのような見た目のまわりをやいたやつは
その名の通りまわりを軽く炙っただけの一品で中はほぼ生。
こんな厚切りの生肉贅沢すぎん！？
とろたくといえばマグロですがこちらではもちろん牛。それも生肉。
柔らかい新鮮な生肉とたくあんの食感がアクセントで、
韓国海苔の塩味もプラスされてめっちゃ(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
プルップルの近江牛ホソも必食。
洗い出汁と塩昆布でさっぱりといただけます。
焼肉もどれを注文しても間違いない美味しさで
たまたまこの日は29日の肉の日キャンペーンということで
希少部位「クリミ」をプレゼントしていただきました。こういうのうれしい！
〆のカレーはしっかり煮込まれたお肉ゴロゴロ入ってる上にミニサイズなのも嬉しいポイント。
器一面をレモンに覆われたレモン冷麺や
デザートのクリームブリュレまで大満足間違い無しのクオリティ
カウンターだけでなくテーブル席も完備。
平日にお伺いしましたが19時頃には店内満席とすでに大人気。
