美味しんぼで知った、すっぽん 大市 ○鍋。一度食べてみたくて京都訪問にあわせ予約して行ってきました。メニューはすっぽん○鍋コース一本でしぐれ煮、○鍋×2、雑炊、果物です。
たしかにスープは絶品ですが、全く同じ内容の○鍋×2からの雑炊と同じ味が続くので単調な感じだし、接客も好みとは言いがたく、ひとり24,000円の価値を見つけることができませんでした。
個人的には大分 安心院 やまさ旅館のすっぽんコースの方が好きです。
