The menu for both lunch and dinner consists of only one course of soft-shelled turtle dishes (23,000 yen including including a service charge and service charge), centered around hot pot and rice porridge. |
すっぽんは食べなれていませんが、こちらは行くべきお店として紹介を受けたので予約をして訪問。
17時～と19時～の回があるようです。
全てがすっぽん料理となっており、
先だしはすっぽんの煮つけ、その後鍋が出た後に、二回目の鍋が出てくるので、2回すっぽん鍋を楽しむ事ができます。
その後雑炊に仕立て、フルーツが出て終了という流れでした。
すっぽんはほぼ味付けなく、いろいろな味がする濃厚なスープとなっており、個人的には肉というよりもその出汁にほれ込んでしまい、鍋だけでなく、雑炊もこれまで食べたことが無いような『味』を楽しむ事ができました。
