The menu for both lunch and dinner consists of only one course of soft-shelled turtle dishes (23,000 yen including including a service charge and service charge), centered around hot pot and rice porridge. |
美味○んぼでみてから、ずっと宿題にしてた店。京都には時々いくけど、友達や彼女や家族と行くため、なかなかすまる鍋単体でこの値段に、どの同行者も難色を示してたので叶わず。
今回は仕事のため一人旅、昼の時間は１人でも予約可能だったので、念願の初訪問。
内観は永い年月を感じさせつつ、しっかり手入れされています。こういうお店の雰囲気って、高い金だせば演出できるものではないので貴重です。
味はもちろん美味かった。年季のはいった鍋がグラグラに煮たって香りを放って堪らなかった。ただ、想定を踏み越える程の感動があったかというとなかったのも事実。
あとは、ドリンクメニューが少し寂しいなとは思いましたが、歴史がながいと下手にいじれないのかなと思いつつ、シャンパンがオンリストするなら、他ももうちょっといじったらどうかなと思う。
コスパに歴史や文化を加点として反映させるか迷いましたが、雰囲気に反映してるのでやめました。そうすると、私の感覚だとこのくらいになってしまいます。
