もちろん食べたいメニューはたくさんありすぎて迷ってしまいますが、お薦めしたい全部入りのコースがあります。ちょっと相談しただけで、それならとその日お店で美味しい食材を使ったコースを用意していただき、ありがたいです。スープは好みを言ったら変更してくれたり、例えばお薦めの牡蠣も好き嫌いを聞いてくれました。初訪問で定番も人気メニューもわからない、一人ぼっちの旅行者にも優しい対応です。今どき店でネット見ながら注文する若い人がいるけど、その日の食材やお薦めメニューがあるグリルフレンチでは親切なスタッフとの対話が楽しいです。
本日お薦めの牡蠣は写真では小粒に見えますが非常に美味しかったです。すべてが普通の洋食なのですが、一つ一つの食材が美味しいのです。

いろいろ目移りするメニューが素晴らしいですが、サービスもオープンキッチンのチームワークも見ていて癒されます。最後は53年間お店を続けてきたというシェフともお話しできてよかったです。
お世辞を言うつもりで、ビストロですね、と思わず口から出まかせ言ったら、そんなのでは続けてこれないですとニコニコ、キッパリ。おかあちゃんのご馳走を作ってきましたと、お店のさすがの矜持を聞かせていただけました。
