6/16(木)、事前予約して2名で訪問。予約したのは『陳建太郎ランチコース』。2名から予約可能なプランで、全5品＋1ドリンクで3,000円です。
11:30〜の枠で予約しましたが、平日で来店客は少なめでした。滞在中ずっとパーソナルスペースが確保され、落ち着いた空間で食事を楽しめました。
『陳建太郎ランチコース』
◎前菜の盛り合わせ
◎紋甲イカの発酵唐辛子炒め

海老やカシューナッツ等の前菜盛り合わせ。そのままの状態で写真を撮りましたが、白色の丸い容器の中にはキクラゲが入ってます。
◎紋甲イカの発酵唐辛子炒め
紋甲イカの他にトウモロコシ発酵唐辛子で炒めてあるようですが、唐辛子の辛さは気になりませんでした。
◎カシューナッツ入り鶏肉の醤油炒め
醤油ベースで味付けもあっさり系、食べやすいと思います。
◎陳建太郎 麻婆豆腐と白ご飯
食べ始めたら舌が痺れるような感覚が生まれ、白ご飯が欲しくなります。でも、また食べたくなって癖になる…麻婆豆腐が好きな人にオススメです☆
カレーライスの辛口が食べられない同伴者。白ご飯と一緒に食べて流し込み、お水をガブガブ飲んで…何とか最後まで食べきりました。
◎デザート
イチゴ・キウイフルーツ・マンゴーをのせた杏仁豆腐。あたたかいジャスミン茶と一緒に提供されました。後味スッキリで美味しかったです。
味付けが濃いと言われる四川料理ですが、日本人の口にも合うように工夫されてると思います。今回のメニューの中では、やっぱり麻婆豆腐がNo.1です。
また二条城の周辺に立ち寄る機会があれば、再訪問したいです。美味しかったです！ごちそうさまでした☆
