京都で自分が一番のお気に入りの京料理のお店です。今から10年近く前に初めて伺ってから大将の料理に感銘してしまい、それから何度か伺いましたが、コロナ禍で3年以上来れず、ホントに久しぶりに伺いました。
東京や京都で美味しい日本料理の店を探せばいくらでもありますが、美味しい上にこれだけ素晴らしい盛り付けをするお店（もちろんそれなりの料金で）は自分は今まで出会った事がありません❗。
今回、大将の料理はさらにパワーアップしており、先付けからデザートまでどの料理も非の打ち所がない素晴らしい料理でした‼️。特に八寸は写真の通り食べるのがもったいない程素晴らしい味、盛り付けでした。
以前伺ってる時は大将も若かったからか、働いてる部下の板さんの仕事や応対にピリピリした感じもちょっとしましたが、そのあたり大将も年取って丸くなったのか（笑）、お店の雰囲気も柔らかいなごやかな感じになってたと思います。
自分的にはミシュランの2つ星位でもいいのでは…と、思ってしまいます。
今回、たまたま祇園祭の時に伺いましたが、お店のスタッフさんにも自分は大将の料理が食べたいから京都に来たので、祇園祭を目的に来たんじゃないよ～って言って、笑って喜んでもらえました。
京都に伺った際は、是非また食べに来たいと思います。
