Seafood, local chicken, Okinawan Cuisine Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)! It's difficult to decide if it's really deep or if it's only half-baked. However, even though it's not in such a prosperous place, there are quite a few locals there. Everyone seemed to be having fun♬ So, we each had the Seafood, local chicken, and Okinawan Cuisine, but overall I can say that the seasoned plums are good. This doesn't mean it's just right, it's actually referring to the amount of salt, for example bitter gourd champuru. Because of the spam, the flavor becomes strong, but I use just enough salt to maintain the original taste of the tofu and eggs. The same goes for salt-grilled free-range chicken. Excellent amount of salt and heat. For Seafood, I had the Yanagawa-style conger conger and matsutake mushrooms, and the autumn conger conger at this time of year is delicious and has matsutake mushrooms in it, making it feel like autumn (^o^). What's cool about this is that you can combine this with Awamori Zanpa and Shiquasa. It's fun~♬ Seafood, local chicken, and Okinawan Cuisine Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) may be surprisingly cool. The overall portion, including drinks, was small, so I felt that the course meal was probably more satisfying in terms of value for money. Also, the locals seem to like smoking, so there's a bit of cigarette smoke coming. Some people may find this a bit strange (^o^;).
