Food Collaboration curry and udon with Glico's authentic curry "ZEPPIN"
A collaboration between "ZEPPIN" roux, which is characterized by its rich flavor and rich aroma, and the hotel Restaurants chef's original "Fond de Vorail" (stock made from chicken and aromatic vegetables)! ! Adding this will further increase the depth of flavor. A special collaboration curry "Omi beef curry" has been born that combines the elegance and deep flavor typical of a hotel. In addition, “Omi beef Curry Udon” made in collaboration with ZEPPIN and made with the chef’s original Japanese-style soup stock is also available!
