妻と2人、ランチブッフェでの訪問です。
土日は11：30～、13：30～の2回転のようです。
予約をしたほうが無難だと思います。
今日も予約なしのお客様は満席のようで入れなかったようです。
初夏のスタミナブッフェ 3000円です。

席に通され、まずは、スパークリングを注文
お昼から乾杯です！
のどが渇いていたこともあり、一口目が非常に
美味しかったです。

ライブキッチンで目の前で焼いてくれる
柔らかい牛肉に自分の好みのソースをかけていただきます。
一皿目は玉ねぎのソースにて。
柔らかくてジューシーな逸品はただただ
美味しい。
料理も一口づつ取り分けていただきました。
パスタはサーモンのカルボナーラをこちらも出来立てを
いただきました。
濃厚かつ風味豊かな逸品でした。
てんぷらも揚げたてを柚子塩でいただきます。
さくっとした食感がうれしい限りです。

グリコとのコラボカレーは、近江牛がとろけるうまさ
これは、単独で御飯でいただきたい
逸品でした。
大満足のカレーです。
パスタは、ナスとベーコンのボロネーゼ
こちらも半分いただきました。
こちらのパスタも夏野菜のナスの味わい豊かな
パスタでした。

じっくりとランチを楽しむことができました。
適量づつ美味しくいただくことができ大満足です。
給仕の方々のサーブも非常に手際よく
絶妙だったのはさすが一流ホテルといったところです。
季節ごとにメニューが変わるブッフェは、今後も
楽しみたいと思います。

ANAクラウンプラザホテル京都内にある
カフェレストランCOZYに訪問です。
コロナ前はボリューム満点、美味しいランチバイキングをいただくことが
できるお店でした。今はバイキングは休止されており、
イタリアンのコースとフレンチのコースそれぞれ2種類から選ぶことができます。
今回は予約段階で、イタリアンコースAをチョイスしました。
コース内容は下記のとおりです。
イタリアンコースA
・パルマ産生ハムのカプレーゼ仕立て
・スパゲッティーニ カルボナーラ
・牛イチボのミラノ風カツレツ バイヤルディー添え
・バニラアイスクリームとオレンジソース
・パン

スパークリングワインを二人ともいただきました。
美味しい料理をじっくり堪能、パルマ産ハムからいただきます。
カルボナーラもカツレツも非常に美味しい。
おなか一杯大満足のコースとなりました。
ソーシャルディスタンスが十分に確保されており、
気持ちよくランチをいただくことができます。
