二条城横のANAクラウンプラザホテル京都
のビュッフェレストランです
入口奥の窓際をゲットできました。
窓の外には人工滝が。
全開でも日中は日があたらず快適。
見ているだけでまさにCozy(居心地良い)
国産豚ロースステーキ、天ぷら、アラビアータ
の３品はオーダーバイキング。
豚ロースステーキは薄切り。
アラビアータは細麺アルデンテより若干固め。
トマトソースが程よく絡み合っているし、
オーダーならではの出来立てがいいですね
あとホテル自慢の「フォンドヴォライユ」
(鶏・香味野菜からとった出汁)と「Zeppin」コラボカレー。
大きくカットされた近江牛がゴロゴロ。
ライスいりません。ビーフシチューのように。
また近江牛ですからね！
メインディッシュとしていただきました
私が気に入ったのは「オレンジジュース製造機」。
山盛りになったホールオレンジを3個ほど投入し、
ボタンを押せば、勝手にジュースを作ってくれます。
カバーが透明なので、オレンジが転がり落ち、
カットされ、絞られ、皮は排出され、果汁だけグラスに注がれる。
一部始終を見ることができます。
搾りたては贅沢ですね。
