I love small restaurants in town.
It has become one of my favorite restaurants after visiting several times with customers. It's close to JR Nijo Station, but it's not an area I usually go to, so I don't have many opportunities to visit, but I felt like going there so I decided to visit. The name is Akiyoshi, and the restaurant next door is Daikichi, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant, so the people taking me there and the taxi drivers all see Daikichi's red lanterns and say, "Oh, that's over there." There is a counter in the back from the entrance and two seats in a small raised area in the back. Although it is a small shop, the shop is operated under the supervision of the owner. Most of the customers who come in are familiar customers, so it's definitely a small restaurant in town. First of all, Kizushi. It's firm and the sourness and mackerel flavor are delicious. Personally, I love this deep finish. As you can see in the photo of rape blossoms dressed with mustard, it is not a paste-like mustard sauce, but a liquid soup stock that has a mustard flavor. I ate this for the first time, but it was soup stock! soup stock! I loved it so much that I had to say it. The flavor of the soup stock and the right amount of spiciness from the mustard matched the rape blossoms. The root vegetable salad has a sauce with a little bit of mentaiko, and all the root vegetables are crunchy and delicious. At this point, I switched to the recommended sake and waited for the grilled kumoko. Grilled kumoko is still the best. Roasting brings out the deeper sweetness and flavor, making you feel happy the moment you put it in your mouth. Enjoy the sake for a while and enjoy the sake. It's the best. And the local chicken grilled with red rock salt on the counter. This is also delicious and goes well with alcohol. The oden is also Kyoto-style, with a light dashi stock, but the flavor of the soup is strong and delicious, but the thing that deserves special mention is the egg. The egg is a half-boiled flavored egg. It's flavored with flavored eggs, has a slight flavor from the soup stock, and has the sweetness of the half-boiled yolk. This is numbing. The pasta is up to you, but it was today's combination of fish and cheese. If you think about it calmly, it might seem a bit difficult, but they have created a flavor that is perfect for finishing off a drink. It's been a long time since I've been here. No matter how many times I come here, I always like the atmosphere of this small local restaurant. To be honest, everything is delicious. This time I ordered the Kanpyo Maki that I learned in Sapporo and the Wasabi Maki that I learned in Shizuoka.These were also delicious. I think that's amazing. It's a little far from the area I usually wander around, so I don't get to see it very often, but if I'm within my walking distance, I'll probably visit it quite a bit.
