京都での夕食は、予約しておいた京富庵で水炊き。
京町家を改装した一軒家です。
掘りごたつ式のテーブル席。お隣は中国からの家族。
八寸。スープ。やさしい味わい。
つくね揚げと手羽先。お酒と共にいい味です。
近江黒鶏の水炊きです。農場より仕入れている「近江黒鶏」。味はもちろん、鮮度にもこだわっているそうです。
鶏の旨みとコラーゲンの白濁スープもいただきました。
水炊きの鶏肉がしっかりしています。ぐつぐつと鶏と野菜が煮えて、水炊きの醍醐味が味わえます。
最後は雑炊で。
薄味の美味しい雑炊です。
デザートもいたあいて、お腹いっぱいです。ごちそうさまでした。
ご主人が店の前まで見送ってくれました。
