前に听のステーキ店は行った事があり大宮に焼肉店ができたとの事なので期待して行ってきました(^o^)/
まずはビール!焼肉にはビールですね(^^)
お肉の方は塩タン、焼きしゃぶ、ハラミ、カルビ、ホソ、ミノを注文!
塩タンはある程度の厚みがあり臭みもなくうまかったです。焼きしゃぶはさっと炙っておろしポン酢で。これが最高にうまかったです(^O^)
ハラミ、カルビは熟成肉という違いがわからなかったですけどうまかったです。
ホソ、ミノは小さくてがっかりしました。
他はうまかったんで良しです!
次はタンの厚切りステーキ等食べに行ってみます(^^)
