At Pond Omiya branch, we have decided to offer this aged wagyu beef as Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in order to allow customers to try a variety of small portions of it. ◆Using Kuroge Wagyu beef for aged meat We use female cows raised using a unique breeding method to obtain high-quality marbling. ◆Banquet courses where you can thoroughly enjoy aged meat start from 4,180 yen, and set menus start from 4,620 yen. The ``dry aging'' method, which thoroughly controls temperature, humidity, and wind, greatly enhances the flavor of our ``super-aged beef.'' Be sure to check out the beef that pursues the ultimate in deliciousness of Wagyu beef, which can only be tasted at ``Pond''.

For important occasions such as business entertainment, dinner parties, and anniversaries, we will guide you to a completely private room. On the first floor, we have 6 private rooms for 6 people. Please leave it to us for your special day! reserved space is available at the back of the second floor. Accommodates up to 32 people. Please use it for company banquets and group gatherings. For small parties, we will partition the room with a roll curtain, so you can enjoy aged Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a relaxed manner.

We offer courses from 3,500 yen that include aged Japanese black beef, Japanese beef offal, and popular a la carte dishes delivered directly from the farm! We are confident that you will be satisfied with our course menu, which features an array of our specialty aged meat and carefully selected special dishes.
