熟成焼肉屋さん
前から気になるお店が、ここ听さん。
平日の夜に、男三人で行きました。
二軒目なので、お酒とのアテで肉をいただくことに。
お酒は、ビールはもちろん、ワインやマッコリと豊富です。
まずは、キムチの盛り合わせ、レバテキ、イチボなどを頼み乾杯。
キムチはいろいろ種類が有るので、お得感が出ます。特にお酒の友に(^ ^)
レバテキはサッと焼いてより炙って食べる法が美味しかったです。
肉が熟成させた方が味が濃いの事ですが、どうかまず匂いをかいて肉肉臭がいい感じなら、熟成度がいいみたいです。
ブイがイイお肉ですから、味は悪くない。
男三人で、一人前ずつ頼んでこの日に1番美味しかった肉は、カルビの中落ちが肉肉しいかったです。
お酒もビール、マッコリ。ハイボールと飲んで、15000円ぐらいでした。お腹が減っていたら、1人1万くらいは見た方が良いと思う。

At lunchtime, I ordered the Hormone Nabe.I was worried about whether to grill the meat or not, but I found the Hormone Nabe to be too sweet and spicy. It has a strong flavor, so it goes well with rice. Comes with namul and kimchi. There is also a fair amount of hormone meat, so it is satisfying to eat.
