This time it shabu shabu eel shabu-shabu
Last time, I had shabu shabu-shabu, but this time, I had conger eel shabu-shabu shabu. It's something you can only get in Kyoto. Last time, I had a second helping of yellowtail and couldn't finish it, but this time, the portions were too big and I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, so I asked if they could fry the conger eel, and they kindly obliged. They have the same great selection of sake as always. This is a famous restaurant that goes beyond the level of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Thank you for the meal.
It's a high-class Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
We had yellowtail shabu-shabu, which is delicious even when eaten as sashimi. We even had a second helping. They have a good selection of sake. However, it is said that when storing sake, it is better to turn off the fluorescent lights in the refrigerator to prevent deterioration, so I think it will be more popular that way.
