This is the restaurant we chose for dinner on our day of autumn foliage viewing. I came to a beautiful Japanese-style restaurant with a Japanese-style setting that makes use of wood grain, located just off Horikawa Street in Sanjokai Shopping Street. I drink black kirishima with hot water. You can drink plenty of it in a large, quaint bowl. I had it served on the course. It's a mountain of tuna. The taste of the dashi soup is really effective. The small potatoes have a nice finish so that they don't get colored. The flavor of the soup stock is strong. Fried eggplant dip. It is finished so that it will not fall apart. It's a dish of marinated mizuna. You can pop the salmon roe with bubble wrap. The fish are made with tuna, sea bream, and yellowtail. Soy sauce and bamboo charcoal black salt were prepared. Yūan-yaki yellowtail. Thick yellowtail is grilled with yuzu for a fragrant flavor. Seafood pickled in Nanban. The vinegar and onions make it refreshing to eat. Tempura with smelt and young corn. I like the slight bitterness of the smelt. Grilled rice balls Onigiri Seafood. It's a bit elaborate to go to the trouble of Onigiri grilled rice balls from Seafood-cooked rice.
